Our programs are grouped into four primary initiatives, each with specific objectives and a targeted client base — operating both independently and in concert to maximize service delivery.
C.H.A.N.G.E.
Specifically designed for the incarcerated
Project C.H.A.N.G.E. introduces a new design in rehabilitation that takes risk factors into consideration. As participants navigate the program, they are introduced to six steps that help transform those risks into opportunities for change.
Wellness Service & Empowerment Center
HFS WSEC
Supporting community wellness through counseling, referral and practical life-management supportive services, delivered in a safe and judgement-free environment.
C.A.R.E.
Caring Arms Reaching Everyone
HFS has historically been on the ground partnering with agencies and community organizations following distressing events. We respond in practical ways to bring immediate relief in times of disaster and devastation.

The Life Center embodies the heart of HFS's faith-based origins and is committed to helping people grow spiritually and connect with God and each other.
